Return and Exchange Policy

As NIPA TEKSTİL, which prioritizes customer satisfaction, in case of any dissatisfaction with the products you purchase, you can safely use your right to return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

1. RETURN WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts;

The consumer may return the product he/she purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, by exercising his/her right of withdrawal .

Conditions for Returning the Product:

The product must be unused, untested and not in a resalable condition.
The product's original packaging, labels and accessories must be complete.
For cosmetic and hygiene products, the packaging must be unopened and the product must be unused.

Return Shipping Fee:
Return shipping costs are covered by the SELLER for returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

2. CHANGE CONDITIONS

Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days from the delivery date of the product.
The product to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in resalable condition.
For exchange transactions, you must contact customer service in advance.

Change Process:

Please inform us of your change request by sending an e-mail to info@angelsinra.com .
Once the exchange is approved, ship the product to us along with the invoice.
After the product reaches us and is checked, the appropriate product will be shipped within 7 business days.

Exchange Shipping Fee:
The shipping cost for the first exchange is covered by the SELLER . For subsequent exchange requests, the shipping cost belongs to the BUYER .

3. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The legal right of withdrawal and right of exchange cannot be exercised for the following products:

Custom-made products in line with the consumer's special wishes and demands.
Products that are at risk of rapid deterioration or may expire
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (underwear, swimsuits, cosmetics, etc.)
Used products with removed labels, damaged packaging

4. REFUNDS

After checking that the returned product complies with the conditions, the product price will be refunded to the same account with the method you used for payment within 14 business days at the latest .
Depending on your bank, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping costs are refunded only for returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal.
