Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the person (“Member”) who is a member of the www.angelsinra.com website (“Site”) and NIPA TEKSTİL (“Company”), within the framework of the conditions set forth below.

Every user who becomes a member of the site declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

1.2 MEMBER:
The person who completes the membership process by filling out the membership form on the website www.angelsinra.com . The Member is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of all information entered into the system by the Member.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this agreement is to regulate the membership conditions, rights and obligations of the parties for the Member who wants to benefit from the services offered through the www.angelsinra.com website.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

To become a member, you must be 18 years of age or older.
The membership process is completed by filling out the registration form completely.
The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications without giving any reason.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1 MEMBER'S OBLIGATIONS:

The member declares that the information provided during membership is accurate and up-to-date.
The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her password and user information.
He/she agrees to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the legislation.
It undertakes not to engage in any behavior that would violate the rights of third parties.

4.2 COMPANY'S LIABILITIES:

Ensures the confidentiality of member information and fulfills its protection obligations within the scope of KVKK and relevant legislation .
It is responsible for providing the necessary technical infrastructure for the uninterrupted provision of services.
Except for legal obligations, it does not share member personal data with third parties.

5. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The member may request membership cancellation via the site at any time.
The Company may terminate the membership unilaterally if the member acts contrary to the provisions of this agreement or if malicious use is detected.
In case of membership cancellation, the Member's data may continue to be stored for the duration of the legal obligation.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The Member accepts that the personal data shared during the membership process is processed within the scope of NIPA TEKSTIL's Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Text and that he/she has read these texts.
If the member has accepted to receive commercial electronic messages; he/she can receive e-mails and SMS for campaign, discount and information purposes. Communication permission can be revoked at any time.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All contents such as visuals, texts, logos, graphics and software belonging to www.angelsinra.com belong to NIPA TEKSTIL or licensed third parties. Members cannot reproduce, copy or distribute these contents without permission.

8. CONTRACT CHANGES

NIPA TEKSTIL reserves the right to change the terms and contents of this contract without prior notice. The current contract text becomes valid from the moment it is published on the website.

9. DISPUTE CASE

Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from this agreement between the parties.

10. ENFORCEMENT

By becoming a member of the site, the member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read and understood all the articles in this agreement and will act in accordance with all the provisions.
